The 6 day war was the third was between the Israelies and the Palestines. After Israel won they took over the Sinai Peninsula, Gaza Strip, West Bank, Old City of Jerusalem, and the Golan Heights. -

The Camp David Accords was a peace treaty between Israel and Egypt. Jimmy Carter invited the two leaders from the two countries to a meeting about this peace treaty and they both excepted. -

The Indifada was a Palestine uprising against the Israelis. The uprising started when an Israeli truck accidentally collided with a civillions car killing 4 Palestines. On November 15 the Palestine National Council claimed by a vote of 253 to 46 that Palestine was going to be an independant state. -
The Oslo Agreement
The Oslo Accords are a set of agreements between the government of Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization. It was signed at The White House and both sides agreed that a Palestinian Authority would be established. -
Hamas and Fatah Announce Agreement to Form a Unity Government
Hamas and Fatah agreed to have a unfied government and hold new elections. It is not clear how the peace treaty will work out though because they have tried to have one governemtn before and it failed to work.
