ITunes was created along with 3rd Gen
The next step in Ipod's plans was to invent what is called ITunes. This was a software to help people buy music off of. There were over 200,000 songs on the system and it was blowing up in sales. Not only did they invent ITunes but they also created the 3rd generation to the ipod which was faster and thinner than the one before. Ipod mini
The next big thing in Apple history is when they invented the Ipod Mini which was a small device that could fit in the palm of your hand and it had a built in clip on the back to clip to your waist for a nice way to listen to your music without holding it in your hands or in your pocket. Nike+Ipod
Next Ipod hooked up with Nike to make a Ipod Nano that would track your shoes to keep track of your workout while you were wearing a special pair of Nike shoes that they made with a tracker to keep track of your workout schedule and how your burning your calories. Updating the system
The last step in Ipod was updating them with other systems such as The Game Center and Multi-Touch. The Game Center was a system where you could download a game app on your ipod and it would connect you with friends through Game Center. It worked almost like a social media for apps. The Multi-Touch was added so you could have more than one finger on your screen and still be able to do things. The Ipod touch was the next thing added to Apple it had reatina display and a new system called FaceTime which was used for video chatting with friends and family it also included HD video with the new version to have better quality photo and video.
