Demand of oil rose in 2010, but after the Arab uprsings, middle eastern countries are unable to pump enough to the world fast enough. -
Personal Saving Rates
Personal savings has declined over the past 45 years. This could be beneficial for the economy in a short amount of time because it would increase spending. However, having less personal savings for a long time weakens the economy by reducing consumption.

Real Estate Market Is Back
Since 2006, the Real Estate Market has been rising and falling, but in 2014, it seems to be normal again. Inventory has continued to increase. Suppy and demand seems to be meeting eachother in the middle. The market is the best it has been in years.
