The Incan empire was starting to flourish in many ways such as a growing army and learning new things. -

The Incas start to grow enough to expand their army enough to equally expand their land. -

The Incas divided their land into 4 equal segments of land throughout the Andes mountains in Peru. -

Machu Picchu and road systems
The Incas built huge towns like Machu Picchu and complex road systems that spanned for about 20000 miles throughout the empire. Also their stones were perfectly carved and nobody knows exactly how they were able to carve their stones so perfectly. -

The down fall of the Incas
The Spanish explores finally made it to them and had guns and brought disease to them which they had never seen so their immune systems could not handle them. The Spanish melted all of their gold and for them selves which is one of the reasons we only have little of their art. The Incas were wiped out, but not their traditions and legacy.
