    Sixty girls stand shooting at six baskets throughout the gym

  • Varsity Starters are Announced

    Coach Moyer added all the starters to the roster: Jen, Jamila, Kristin, Kathleen, Gumby, Kim, Jonesbones, Lucia, Sophie, Jade, and Jan. Finally Patri Abad was the 12th and final team member announced for the varsity 92-93 team

  • Kathleen gets renamed Skippy on the court

    After being to nice on the court, Coach Moyer explains to Kathleen she needs to be more agressive and gives her a new name

  • 1st game of the season

    Time of testing at West Springfield. The team had their first victory winning 59-42

  • Game against Cathedral

    Winning their second game with a score of 65-32

  • Game vs. Chicopee Comp

    Hurricanes are victorious 60-22

  • Home game against Chicopee High

    Ended in a score of 72-45 in the Hurricanes favor

  • Northampton vs. Amherst

    Both teams are 8-0, Hurricanes score in the last few seconds of the game before the buzzer sounds

  • 2nd game against Westside

    Lady Hurricanes beat West again 75-44

  • Traveled to Clifford B. Kibble in Agawam to face off against the Brownies (First Loss)

    Sixteen wins later the team played against the Agawam Brownies for the first time this season. The score ended with a score of 50-52. Making this the first loss of the season for Amherst

  • Last home game of the regular season

    57-44 victory. Afterward their was a dinner to celebrate for the seniors who would be leaving them.

  • Showdown II between Norampton & Amherst

    Both Regional B teams meet again at the Feiker Gym. This time Amherst leaves with a win, 72-53

  • Showdown II between Northampton & Amherst (Championship game)

    The two Regional BB teams meet again for a final showdown. The Hurricanes come out with a 72-53 victory over Northampton. The girls win the state championship
