Naturalization Act of 1790
This act allowed for immigrants to become naturalized citizens after two years of living in the United States -
Naturalization Act
Created a system of controls for the naturalization process and penalties for fraudent practices. Also extended the naturalization process to aliens of African nativity and to persons of African descent. -

This act requires aliens 14+ years of age, who are in a country longer than 30 days, to register with the U.S. government. They also must have registraion documents with them at all times, -

Requires public schools to check student immigration status, criminalizes giving an undocumented immigration a ride, employers must use E-Verify to check potentional employees statuses, and instruct police to check the immigration status of anyone that they suspect to be an undocumented immigrant
