    Ford was founded by Henry Ford in 1903. Henry, along with 12 other people, invested $28,000 into the creation of Ford.

    She first started studying standard oil in 1901 and her articles were all over the papers between 1902 and 1904. Her book was put together and released in November of 1904.

    Originally a hotel sat where the Empire State Building was built. The hotel was sold to Bethlehem Engineering Corporation for about 20 million dollars. March 17, 1930, is when the construction started. It's said to be the first 100+ story building. The building finally opened on May 1, 1931, with a record-breaking 1 year, and 45 days of construction.
