Homo Erictus(Upright Man)lived 1.8 million to 200,000 bc. They lived in Asia. Stood up straight; taller, thinner, strong bones, smooth/round forehead. They made stone hand axes and fire. 1st to leave Africa, good walkers and runners, complex tool making, learned to cook, ate more meat, and built shelters. -

They lived in Nerander Valley, Gemany, Europe, Africa, and parts of Asia.They had thick bones, ridge above eyes,; shorter and stockier than modern, but much stronger, and had larger brains. 60 types of tools knives, scalpers, and spear points.
