During the attack, the baby's mother grabs the baby and gets chased by Diego

The mother decided to jump off a waterfall with the baby

Sid and Manny find the mother and the baby on the shore of the lake below the waterfall
Rising action 12 -
The mother tells Sid and Manny to take the baby and they do
Climax 13 -
Sid tries to return the baby back to his parents
Falling action 14 -
After Sid's failed attempt, they decide to return the baby together. Once they get to the human's camp, they find out it's been destroyed
Falling action 15 -
Diego convinces Sid and Manny to have him lead him back to the "humans" but acually plans to bring them to his pack
Rising action 16 -
After walking for a while, the baby, now nicknamed "Pinky", gets hungry
Rising action 17 -
They find a melon that belonged to the dodos
Rising action 18 -
The dodos try to defend the melon as it's one of the three they have, but they fail.
Rising action 19 -
They eventually get the melon and feed Pinky
Rising action 20 -
Sid, Manny, Diego, and Pinky go into a cave and the entrence gets blocked off by ice
Rising action 21 -
Sid gets lost but finds his way back to the others
Rising action 22 -
Pinky gets on a bobsledding track alone
Rising action 23 -
The rest of the pack goes and chases after him
Climax 24 -
After some time, they catch Pinky and continue their journey
Falling action 25 -
They enter a cave where Manny sees hieroglyphs that explain his past
Falling action 26 -
The hieroglyphs show that his wife and child was attacked by the humans
Falling action 27 -
After finding a little bit about Manny's life they exit the cave
Falling action 28 -
Once outside, Sid starts to feel the ground get warmer
Rising action 29 -
Fire and lava start the burst out of the ground
Rising action 30 -
The ice melted and revealed a sea of lava
Rising action 31 -
Diego almost misses the ledge after jumping and hangs onto the ledge
Climax 32 -
Manny goes to save Diego and has the ice below him crack
Falling action 33 -
A geyser shoots Manny and the ice he was standing on up into the air and back to safety
Falling action 34 -
In a cave, Sid creates fire
Falling action 35 -
Pinky learns to walk
Falling action 36 -
Diego tells the rest of the pack that he was actually trying to trap them. They create a plan to trick the other sabres.
Rising action 37 -
Sid skis down with the "baby" making the sabers chase him away from Manny
Rising action 38 -
The sabres find out that the "baby" is a decoy
Rising action 39 -
Manny attacks the other sabers except the leader
Rising action 40 -
Diego protects Manny from the other sabers
Rising action 41 -
Manny and Diego fight off the other sabers
Climax 42 -
Diego gets injured and tells the rest of the pack to return Pinky without him
Falling action 43 -
The rest of the group returns Pinky back to his father
Falling action 44 -
Pinky's dad gives Manny one of Pinky's old necklaces
Falling action 45 -
Diego returns to the pack and they all head south
