Creation of the Manga Carta
The Manga Carta was a document made to secure the promises between the King and his subjects. The document made a deal that the King would govern England by the customs of feudal law. That way he won't be able to abuse his powers. This helped create a new governmental system by the Founding Father's. -

The intolerable acts are 5 coercive acts. They are a series of laws. This was the British Parliament's reply to the Boston Tea Party. The acts provoked fury in the Thirteen Colonies that soon became the United States of America. -

The Articles of Confederation is a document that merged the individual states. It was also the first creation of the federal government. It described the law of the United States. Lastly, It was also the first national constitution of the United States on November 15, 1777. -
The End of The American Revolution
The American Revolution finally ended when General Cornwallis was forced to surrender because he was surrounded by the British soldiers. He was surrounded at Yorktown, Virginia. The Treaty of Paris was made official 2 years later. America was finally independent. -
Shay's Rebellion
Shay's Rebellion was a rebellion with poor Massachusetts farmers. The farmers fought because of high taxes. They could not pay their debts. They were put in prison for not paying their debt. Over 1,000 farmers were put in jail. They formed groups and Daniel Shay was the leader of the rebellion. They attacked the federal Springfield Armory. The government sent a private army to vanquish the attack. -
The Great Connecticut Compromise
The Great Connecticut Compromise was an agreement that the large and small states reached. Roger Sherman and Oliver Ellsworth created this compromise. They made an agreement that defines the legislative structure and representation that each state would have under the United States constitution. This resulted in the current United States Senate and House of Representatives. -

The convention was made to address on how America was going to be governed. James Madison and Alexander Hamilton wanted to create a completely new government instead of fixing it. George Washington was elected to lead the convention by the delegates. The United States constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787 with 39 signatures. -
