  • The Canada Agreement

    The US government agrees to give Canada half of its land in order to receive help in the third world war. When the war is over Canada takes most of the East coast, forcing millions to either migrate to the west or become Canadian citizens.

  • Uprising of 2019

    After Canada takes the East coast, millions of Americans are furious over the deal. They feel as if they did not get a say in the Canada Agreement. The riots start in California, quickly spreading throughout the rest of the west coast. Calls of a government reformation are heard and the US government realizes that they have little power to stop it. The riots turn into an uprising that lasts four weeks.

  • Conference of Re-Unification

    A conference is held in Portland, Oregon. The meeting was supposed to figure out a way to calm down the public, but eventually the ones present figured that there would be no rest until the government did in fact make a reform. Another meeting was proposed to draft up a new constitution and new outline of the government.

  • Conference of Change/Liberation

    Two weeks after the previous conference another conference took place in Denver, Colorado, called the Conference of Change/Liberation. The conference lasted another two weeks and a new leader took the reformation into her own hands. Heaven Devine helped outline the new government, making necessary changes that the people of the US saw fit. A new constitution was drafted and most of the people present in the conference were happy with it and the new government changes.

  • Call for Peace

    Riots died down and people were anticipating the outline of the possible new government. The new constitution and outline of the government were sent out to the remaining states for ratification and voting. Both documents passed the requirements and were sent back with little changes.

  • Formation of the Republic of Libertatem

    After the New Constitution and the new outline of government were passed, the United States, now known as the Republic of Libertatem, were down to 19 states. The spirit of the people were not yet lifted, but things were looking up. Canada is the first country to recognize the Republic's government.

  • The 20th State

    Puerto Rico was finally recognized as a state of Republic of Libertatem, making it the 20th state. It gave the citizens some peace of mind and the people of Puerto Rico were rejoicing over their newfound freedoms and citizenship. After gaining the 20th state, a new flag was made for the Republic.

  • Border Despute of 2020

    The Republic of Libertatem's government is put to the test when a border depute breaks out on the border of Texas and what was once Louisiana. The government does not back down, showing it's back bone to it's people and other countries. Seven more countries recognize the Republic of Libertatem after the incident is resolved with only one casualty.

  • Relations With Canada

    Relations with Canada are better, resulting in negotiations for duel citizenship for former American citizens that were on the East coast.

  • Day of Peace

    The Day of Peace becomes the country's new "Independence Day" and the Republic of Libertatem's government seems ready to protect and guide it's people.
