Introduced to the U.S. House of Representatives for a hearing. -
The Bill Goes to the Committee
Members of the committee revise the bill before it is sent to the House -
The Bill is Sent to the House
Members of the U.S. House must vote on the bill. If the bill passes, it is sent to the U.S. Senate. -
The Bill is Sent to the Senate
Senate members will vote on wether to pass, or not pass the bill. If the bill is passed, it will be sent to the president. -
The Bill Becomes A Law

Bill Reaches the President
President signs, or vetos the bill. If the bill is signed, it becomes a law.
