Independence stage
In the independence stage, in this stage, you are now on your own and away from your parents. This stage often comes with a dorm or apartment of some sort. In this stage, your needs are normally minimal because you are on your own. -
Beginning stage
In the beginning stage, you want to move into a more permanent form of housing. Your house will depend on your career in order to be close to work. You will also need to accommodate a partner if you have one. -
Childbearing Stage
In the childbearing stage, you will begin having children with your partner. Because of this, your home will need to increase in size or will need to be able to accommodate children.
