    The Timber Culture Act granted land to a claimant who was required to plant trees. This tract was added to be exsisting homestead claim and had no residency requirement.

    The Kincaid Amendment allowed people to settle in western Nebraska.

  • Stock-Raising Homestead Act

    Stock-Raising Homestead Act was passed in 1916 and increased the homestead land to 640 acres.
