Anne Franks family went into hiding because of the holocaust. They went into hiding where her dad used to work. They went into hiding with Anne Franks family, Mr and Mrs Van Dan,Peter. -
Mr. Dussel moves into the annex
Mr. Dussel was a Jew who was also a dentist. The people living in the annex already were concerned about him moving in. People were concerned about food levels cause they were already barely making it. Also they were concerned about living arangments, they didn't know where he would sleep. -

Anne's death is confirmed to Otto Frank
Anne's last few months of her life were very bad. The Nazi's found them hiding in the annex and they took them to concentration camps. She had a 3 day train ride. Then she was separated from the men and sent to Auchwitz labor camp. There Anne developed scabies and was sent to Bergen-Belson. Lastly in Anne's last few months, she died of Typhus. -
Mr. Frank comes back to the annex and finds Anne's diary
He found a white glove and a scarf. The diary was so important to so many people because it was her true feelings not some one lining. -
