During this time, Hitler declared that he was the leader to the Nazi party. Although he wasn't fully and I guess legally in charge, he said and thought he was.

Hitler's mother was broke. However, she made it so that he had the time of his life. Relaxed. He was in Germany and his mom was paying for him to have a luxurious life. Later, she died and that was all gone.

Hitler could finally speak in public. He got permission granted by the Bavarian Gov. Although he was still on parole (meaning that he was let out of prison early however was being closly monitored)

Hindenburg decided he was not going to run again after his 7 year term. Then again, he decided that he would in fact run again. This time, against Hitler in 1932

Germany fell into an economic depression. Hitler wanted to overthrow the government again (like when he tried 1923 at the Beer Hall) but this time legally. His plan was to get elected and at the same time, have the Nazi Party grow.

Paul von Hindenburg was really old. Hitler wanted to become part of the political party at some point and Hindenburg gave him that way. He came in second and became chancellor. Second place became chancellor under Hitler's terms.

The German Parliament gets burnt down. They blame the fire on the group of Communists. All political parties were falling really fast. They had all split into many groups. All were breaking down and disappearing.

Hitler convinced Hindenburg that when the president dies, the chancellor becomes president. Hindenburg dies and before he dies, he enforces that law. Resulting, that Hitler has officially become president.
