THE RISE OF FEUDALISM
Nobles have the peasants under their power. King gave fiefdoms nobles to help him but the King lost power. A self-sufficiency economy develops and highlighted on the livestock farming or trade had three estates: the first King, the second clergy and the nobility, and the third the town made up of peasants. The first and second State was privileged and they didn't pay taxes as opposed to the third State. -

THE DECLINE OF FEUDALISM
In this century of transition the fiefdom decays due to agricultural improvements that increase food and with this population, because of this farmers abandoned the stronghold due to lack of land. In cities it was reborn and a new dedicated to it not privileged social class appeared trade and markets: the bourgeoisie. They were organized into guilds and did not depend on any feudal Lord. -
