This Battle was the battle between the Republic of Texas and Mexico. Sam Houston, Stephen F. Austen, and etc were involved. This battle took place in San Antonio. This battle happened over Federalism, slavery, immigration rights, the cotton industry and above all, money. The Mexicans won the battle. This event is important because it was a battle for Texas's freedom. This battle was bad because many Texans died and in general a lot of deaths. -

A huge battle between Texas and Mexico that lasted 18 minutes. Francisco de Castañeda was involved. This battle was located at Deer Park. This battle took place because Texas wanted independents from Mexico. The outcome of this event is Texas winning and Mexico "gave" them their independents. This event is important because It gave them their "freedom" from Mexico. This event is good because this allowed Texas to gain some control over themselves.
