The very first video game that was ever invented was called tennis. Magnavox VS Atari
In 1972 Ataris table tennis game became super popular and and Ralph Baer the creator of Magnavox sought action against Atari. He claimed that Atari copied their game of ping-pong. Pacman

In 2009 Ed O Bannon and Sam Keller filed a lawsuit against EA sports because they were not paid their royalties for their likeness rights for the NCAA basketball and football series of games.
