Jackson wanted more land so he bought land from the French in which the Indians were living on. Later on as the Americans were searching through the land they found gold on the land and immedietly wanted the Indians gone. -

After Jackson wanted the Indians gone he and Indians leaders went to Court to final what was the best choice and who would have the land. -

After both sides had their chance of saying their part the Court agreed with the Indian Leaders that they should keep their land. -

Jackson's reaction was that he thought the Court was mad. He bought the land and was already searching it. He decided that he would create a new act The Indian Removal Act. -
The Indians Nightmare
After the Indian Removal Act the Indians only had a matter of time. Hundreds of American troops came on the Indians land and forced them minutes to gra their belongings and start heading down west. -

60,000 Indians were forced to walk down one dirt road ontell the found new land. There were a decent amount of armd Americans along with the Indians because they didn't want the Indians to try and reclaim their land. -
