    on May of 1956 the Minamata disaster was caused by high level of chemical waste being dumped into the bay near to the plant that contained the chemical of MeHg or methylmercury it can cause sensors problems and ataxia and dysarthria. When people are exposed for long periods of times to this substance it can kill and can cause a fetus to be poisoned.

    It had cause awareness of how dangerous it can be to sea life and human life if chemicals are dumped into the water.

    on December 3, 1984, 40 tons of methyl isocyanate gas leaked from a pesticide plant in Bhopal, India, immediately killing over 3,800 people and death later for thousands more to die. The effect of the plant releasing 40 tones of methyl into the land had caused limited resection of industrial growth that would cause harm to the land and people.
