  • Meerkat Gets us Thinking About Live Streaming.

    In the 2015 SXSW interactive festival, the live streaming app of Meerkat catches the eyes of twitter. However, twitter decided to go its own route and purchase Periscope, a similar idea to Meerkat. Facebook then creates its on version of live streaming and Meerkat essentially dissolves.
