The Ministry and the members of the Order of the Phoenix were on the other side of this war trying to stop Voldemort. -

Voldemort lost his body when he attempted to kill Harry Potter, a young boy, as his Killing Curse rebounded back to him. With Voldemort's body gone, he was defeated and Harry Potter was coined, "The Boy who Lived". -
