Charter of 1732
The charter of 1732 was created by the trustees.The purpose of the charter was to keep the colony of Georgia under control.The charter's most important rules are that there were no catholics allowed in Georgia. It also did not allow blacks in because they believed it would start slavery and women weren't allowed to own land. The charter was granted by King George II that established the colony of Georgia.Ther trustees could not purchase land or hold a postiion in the government. -

The proclamation of 1763 cut off the land west of the Appalachians from the colonists.And also The land was declared off limits because it was Indian Land and the King did not want anymore wars with the Indians,because they cost to much money.The colonist were upset because they gave the land away instead of expanding the area. -
