Dawes Act
The Dawes Act divides Native American reservations into individual land. Plessy v. Ferguson
This court ruling said that schools were allowed to be "separate but equal". Title IX is the policy that says that no student should be judged or victims of discrimination for their gender. The "No Child Left Behind" Act is what helps reinforce the actions of the 1965 acts which allow for the standards in especially elementary schools to improve.
