    Digital Wristwatches
    DIgital wristwatches changed the way we tell time. Texas instruments were the first to release digital watches for just under $20. Over time fancier watches were made but once cell phones were invented people stopped purchasing them since phones told time for us.     Pong wasn't technically the first video game invented. It's considered the first real video game due to a lack of interest in the previous ones. The inventor was Nolen Bushnell, he attempted another video game called Spacewar but it turned out to be difficult to play.     The first cell phone to hit the market was the Motorola DynaTAC 8000X. It cost about $3995 at the time, it took 10 hours to charge, and offered users a call time that lasted 30 mins. It was known as a brick phone due to the size, weighing 28 grams and being 14 inches tall. Martin Cooper was the inventor and the first to make a call.

    The VCR changed the way people looked at television and movies. It was first built like a suitcase and later was upgraded by Japanese firms which made it smaller and cheaper. The VCR made it easier to record movies and watch them on our own time.
