Started my first job
In March 2012, I started working as Sales Representative for a Telecommunications company that provide wireless internet and internet based services where I learned about Information Systems. -
Training
Completed the company`s training on the services that we provided, learned more about wireless internet, VoIP (Voice over IP), Static IP address, Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) services, Virtual Private LAN Services (VPLS) and business solutions through Microwave and Fiber Optics connectivity in addition to Data Center services. -
System upgrade and advanced training
In May 2013, The company updated its Information System that made the employees able to remotely solve customers problems and respond faster to their inquiries and complaints that enhanced the quality of the services provided. On the other hand, this system update made some internal transactions easier between other departments. -
Resigned and Joined Sunbulah Group
In April 2014, I reached a milestone in my career life by joining Sunbulah Group as a Key Account representative in Saudia Arabia, Where my job interview process conducted online from Jordan using file sharing and skype. -
MBA journey
In 2016, I applied to study in the US online and I did all the paperwork online then went to the US embassy in Jordan where the appointment and the application were done online. Studied English for a couple of months then started looking for an MBA school online and then applied to CSU online and mot of the paperwork has been done online too.
