    Columbus Lands in the New World
    Columbus is setting sail from Palos, Spain to Asia in hopes of finding a faster route to that side of the country. In the end, he runs into Americas unaware of this new land. Through he wasn't the discoverer of this land, he began the conquest and colonization that would eventually become America. He also ended up making 4 trips in total in 1492, 1493, 1498, 1502 and never made it to Asia.
  • Jamestown

    Jamestown
    This is the first English settlement in Virginia which began their colonization to the new land. This town is named after Kind James l and accumulated more and more settlers throughout the years. This destination was chosen by settlers for a reason, it was surrounded by water but was not completely an island and was very much inland. This gave the settlers access to inland through their boats and it also had deep enough water to park their boats. There were also no Native Americans living there.
  • Pilgrims Land

    Pilgrims Land
    The pilgrims came to the new world in 1620 on the Mayflower which was a 67 day journey and founded the Plymouth Colony in Massachusetts. This including 35 people of the radical Puritan originally known as the "Old Comers". They were the first English settlers in North of the new land. They formed the first permanent settlers of New England in the New World and many of the first ones to settle are known as the Pilgrim fathers. This is because many of the settlers were men.

    This war is also know as the Seven Years' war was a North American war fought between the French and the British. Technically the war didn't start until 1756 when the French declared war on the British. This ended in the Treaty of Versailles in 1763
