Brown V. Board of Education
In the early 1050's five schhols segregstion cases from Delaware, Kansas, South Carolina, Viginia, and Washington D.C., came together under the title Brown V. Board of Education. Linda brown had to go arcross town to go to a black school, so her father sued to allow Linda to go to the closer school. The court ordered public schools to desegregate, or interegate, with all dilberate speed. -
