Cuban Revolution
Fulgencio Batista´s dictatorship in Cuba was characterized by corruption, social inequality and injustice. Fidel Castro´s first attempt against the goverment was in 1953, but he was defeated and exilied to México, where he reorganized and contacted Ernesto Che Guevara. In 1959 the fight against Batista´s dictatorship started and lasted for two years, until it was defeated in 1956. In 1960, Fidel Castro declared Cuba a socialist state, breaking relationship with USA. -

United States attack North Vietnam
After their independence against France in the Indochina War, Vietnam divided in North Vientnam, supported by the Soviets, and South Vietnam, supported by USA. In South Vietnam Ngo Dinah Diem rose to power establishing the Republic of Vietnam. USA, seeing that Diem wasn´t accepted by his people, carried out a coup d´état in 1963. South Vietnam attacked North Vietnam, starting the Vietnam war. North Vietnam won and Vietnam was united ruled by Communist side. -

The Global Warming is the increase of the world´s average temperature, caused by natural and human factors, producing many enviormental consecuences. Some people worried about the future of our surroundings, have created enviormental organizations. Greenpeace organization is the most known and it was founded in Canada. -
