Mayan Kings and Queens spent a great deal of time on their personal appearance. They bathed a lot and they loved piercing their ears. They covered their bodies with tattoos and they painted their bodies in fancy colourful embroidery added to their clothing. They loved straight black hair and high cheekbones. They always wore jewellery with their clothing because they loved it. -
1900's britain fashion
In the 1900’s women used to wear long dressed with a big hat with lots of designs on it. They wore a corset under their long dresses and the corset pulls their waists in to make their figure more curvy. They still had umbrella’s in the 1900’s as we do now. -
Greek fashion
Clothing in ancient Greece was loose fitting, unlike the tight-fitting outfits worn by those people the Greeks considered barbarians. Both men and women typically wore sleeveless tunics. The women’s tunics were usually ankle length, while the men’s were shorter. For the common person, the color of cloth was plain. Those with the financial resources had their clothing dyed in various colors. -

In Ancient Egypt their fashion consisted in a lot of colours and had a lot of gems and jewels. The Ancient Egyptian clothes were very comfortable but that doesn't mean they sacrificed beauty for comfort. The 1970s continued the hippie look reminiscent of the past decade. Worn out jeans remained popular as well as the tie-dye. The fashion for unisex was on the upswing. Afro hairstyle and platform soles became in with the rise of the radical chic.
