First lab school tested progressive education theories, to see which theories are practical in the real world classrooms. This shaped ideas into practice so the theories were seen in practices. -
No child left behind act
Extra assistance for poor children is offered. Children with little to no money can get help in getting education. As a future teacher I would want any child to be able to attend school no matter what their financial status is.
