    Plessy vs ferguson
    This Plessy vs. Ferguson act was passed in 1896. This law was more centered to african americans and whites. However goes hand in hand with historical events of special education. The segregation and the poor children of color at the time of this were treated unfairly in the school system. The pass of this changed a lot for the school system.
