Students with special needs are able to go to school and get an education even though they have a disability. They are able to get an equal education along side other students. -
No Child Left Behind Act
The standardized testing help the schools see where their students are at so that all students can get a better education by making sure they are at the right level of education. It also holds teacher accountable for their teaching on making sure their students get what they need.
