    Remember to always get 2-3 servings of dairy a day. You can play basketball for an hour a day for exercise. Remember to always brush your teeth and don't drink too many sports drinks.
  • Don't forget to stay super healthy!

    Remember to always eat 3 3oz servings of meat a day. You can jog for 60 minutes to get exercise. Always remember to get plenty of sleep.
  • Staying healthy

    Remember to never consume more than 2000 mg of sodium a day. You can play kickball for an hour to get exercise. Make sure to always wear a helmet when riding a bicycle.
  • Stay in shape

    Remember to consume 3/4 cups of beans per day. You can walk your dog for 1 hour for exercise. Remember to see a doctor once every year for a checkup.
