20's Eating
I will try to consume less fast food (only a few times a month). Have little or no alcohol and add more vegetables to my diet -
20's Exersize
If all goes to plan I will be swimming on a college team for my early 20's. After college I plan to join a masters swim team to keep my exercise up -
20's Health Care
I will visit the doctor and dentist once a year for a check up. I will also talk to my doctor about my sexual heath and testicular exams -
30's Eating
Remove more fatty foods out of diet. Limit alcohol consumption. I also want to consume less food overall as my body is not growing anymore -
30's Exercise
I will try my best to go to 5 masters practices every week during my 30's. I may also accompany the swimming with a gym membership if needed -
30's Health Care
I will still have routine health check ups with the doctor. I will still have testicular exams and will talk to my doctor about anything else I need. I will also try to keep my stress levels as low as possible by practice stress relieving activities -
40's Eating
During my 40's I will try to drop all fast food and reduce fat consumptions even more. I will also try to adopt a vegetarian / vegan diet and only eat meat occasionaly -
40's Exercise
During my 40's I will probably have found a routine that works and the routine will probably have 4-5 masters swimming practices mixed in but if I need extra exercise I can continue to go to the gym. -
40's Health Care
I will probably visit the doctor more often now as I have more health concerns to worry about. I will talk to my doctor about any special plan for me. -
50's Eating
By my 50's I plan to have fully implemented my vegetarian / vegan diet and I will try to reduce alcohol consumption too. -
50's Exercise
My 50's exercise will be very similar to 40's exercise but i may reduce intensity based on my strenght -
50's Health Care
I will go to the doctors even more often than in my 50's I will talk to my doctor about specific tests and I will take testicular exams and prostate exams -
60's Eating
I will still have my vegan diet in effect during my 60's. I will try to eliminate alcohol from my diet -
60's Exercise
I will continue to be a part of masters swimming but only 3-5 times a week. I will probably cancel my gym membership as i wont be using it much anymore -
60's Health Care
I will watch out for falling, see my doctor frequently, take all the necessary exams requested by my doctor , I will also pick up crosswords/ other puzzles as a past time to improve brain health
