    -Eat plenty of Fruits and Vegetables

    -Take vitamin nutrients such as protein, calcium, potassium, healthy omega-3, and folic acid
    -Exercise Regularly
    -Don't smoke or do drugs;use alcohol in moderation
    -Drive carefully! Always where your seat belt!

    -Practice good hygiene, and care for your skin by washing it and staying away from tanning salons
