Government is a dictatorship controlled by the church. -
Period: 1450 to 1453
Rebellion
People no longer wanted to be controlled. Protests and riots began to occur. People wanted civil rights and power to be taken away from the dictator and church. -

Laws of the Fifteen
The People presented the dictator with fifteen laws stating specific needs and wants of the people. If these were not met they were going to start a rebellion. -
Period: 1454 to 1477
Nobles V. Knights
Dictator denied there laws. The nobles set out for war to achieve there goals and freedom. -
Period: 1477 to 1478
Freedom Reigns
Dictator could no longer fight so he surrendered to the nobles. He was sent to a island and was band and forced to never return. Church was no longer in power and was burned down by the nobles. -

Houses of the Five
People choose to give power to five people and appointed representatives under them. They were voted for and these five made a list of civil rights and laws. -

Federation
As the laws and regulations were written they chose to have a federation government. The people wanted the individual states to have some separated powers from the central government -

New Peria
People voted to change the name and add New to Peria. They wanted to remember that they fought for their freedom and were no longer part of a dictatorship. -

Settlement
The government made a document called the Settlement which established how the country would be ran with people rights and liberties written out. This was when the government was officially established.
