Smart Goal
S- Run ma PR in the 800 meter race during track season.
M- Run an 800 meter race in under 2:35.
A- I'm going to train harder this year than previous years and eat healthier.
R- I will have to cut out junk food such as ice cream and pop and make sure I give 100% during every practice.
T- I must complete this goal before May of 2015. -
Step 1
Eat less ice cream and drink less pop. -
Step 2
Get planty of rest betweeen workouts. -
Step 3
Drink plenty of water to avoid getting dehydrated. -
Step 4
Work harder than I ever have and not give up when it gets hard. -
Step 5
Practice with people who are better than I am to challenge myself. -
Succeed
Achieve my goal by followng the steps.
