Globalization is common everywhere, it's like the modern day trade. Big industries and companies will send cotton over seas. In return they received shirts made from the same cotton. Companies then put there logos on it and it hits the shelves. " Almost no human being alive today lives with stuff only manufactured in their home country, but a thousand years ago, only the richest of the rich could benefit from the Silk Road." (Green).
