RAIN! DROUGHT "OFFICIALLY" OVER.
Governor Jerry Brown declares drought officially over. 2016-2017 winter was wettest in California's last 122 years! Drought had an overall little effect on California GDP. It also increased electricity bills statewide by 2.45 billion and boosted levels of smog and greenhouse gas due to lack of hydroelectric power.
