Very first class!
I didn’t know if I would be able to do this handstand position with Silks! I honestly thought I would just keep going backward, but my core and upper strength is more solid than I give myself credit for apparently! -

I wanted to see how high I could go on the silks. I was able to go as high as the silks allowed, and did it a few times in what I feel was fairly fluid. My coach offered and showed me a different type of foot wrap as she said this one was becoming too easy! A very nice complimenting boost! We learned a trick today, scaffolding from one of the foot wraps we had learned from our very first class, and practiced during our 2nd session.
