    1.Nero had a grand plan to burn down ⅓ of Rome to create and build an elaborate series of palaces. 2.Nero started the fire so he bypass the senate and rebuild Rome the way he wanted it to be. 3. Nero blamed the fire on Christians and burning all Christians as a human torch. 4. 10/14 districts were destroyed by the fire These are all important because all of the information given is how the Great Rome fire happened, just because of this horrible man.

Christian Nobleman who lived in Africa where Christianity was very common and Emperor Septimius came to north Africa to set a rule were you could no longer be a Christian your you will be prosecuted. 2 This ties to the prosecution of the Christians because Perpetua and her family and many more people, in fact most in the population was Christian. This impacted there community so much because most of the people were Christian and were later prosecuted.

    1. Theodosius was famous for making Christianity state religion of ancient Rome.
    2. This is very important because he did not like how his son was killed for no reason and took matters into his own hands and made the Rome religion Christianity.
    3. Theodosius claimed himself as a Christian and ordered council Constantinople to make a stop of the Arian heresy. This is important because the Arian heresy divided that empire from his country in have for over half a century.
