3D Gaming
The Saturn came out from Sega being the first 32-bit console that used CDs. It came out early to compete with Sony. The year after Nintendo came out with Nintendo 64, which by it's name it's 64 bits. This couldn't compete with Sony though considering their third party help. -

The Xbox 360 came out in 2005 having an Online system won more Game Critic Rewards than the other systems. It also came out with the Kinect which you could play games using the motion of your body. Later the all game started reaching several platforms like Facebook and phones. Nowadays, you can play VR games which puts you into the game itself using your head, hands, and sometimes legs.
