Hurricane Katrina makes it’s most profound landfall at Buras-Triumph, Louisiana as a category three with 125 MPH winds, yet it had just dissipated from being a category 4, so it had a larger wind index. In Louisiana alone there were 1,577 deaths, and the hurricane caused 108 billion dollars in damage, making it the most expensive hurricane in U.S history.

Many countries in the Arab World protested unjust and “iron fisted” governments. Countries included in the Arab Spring are Tunisia, Libya, Egypt, Yemen, and Syria. All of these countries governments were overthrown, except Syria. But the protests in Syria started a Civil War.

SEAL team 6 in his compound killed Osama Bin Laden leader and founder of Al Qaida. His compound is in Bilal Town, Abbottabad, Pakistan. Some countries and organizations found it suiting the U.S killed him unarmed but others did not. Al Qaida has vowed to get revenge and avenge his death. But overall tensions were slightly relieved in the War Against Terror.
