- All men to have the right to vote.

- Constituencies should be of equal size.
- MP should be paid.
- The property qualification for becoming a MP should be abolished.

Corrupt and Illegal Practices Prevention Act
Made it a criminal offence to bride voters. -
Third Reform Act
Passed by Gladstone.
All male property-owners could vote. -
Representation of the People Act (1)
- All men over the age of 21.
- Women over the age of 30 who were property owners or who were married to a man who owned a property.
- Women now allowed to become MPs.
