He was killed by Guillotine in Paris. This happened after he was blamed for conspiracies. This all happened on 21 January 1793. -

Things turned bad for France really quickly. By the end of the year the allies have been driven away from France. Italy ad France were not well supplied and there armies were getting weak. -
