The revolutionarys revolted by attacking the old prison and stealin weapons. -

A document that was similar to enlightenment philosophies that emphasized mans equality and their rights they had. -

The Revolutionarys take Louis XIV from Versailles and force him to sign the declaration of the rights of man. -

The Church and clergy was made under the control of the government. Citizens got to elect the clergy. -

France declared war against Austria whom they weren't friendly with, and also Frances ally Prussia. -

The mobs in Paris attacked the tuileries where the king was being held. -

Revolutionaries got nervous that prisoners in Paris would try to revolt, so they and many other nobles were killed during this period. -

Napoleon becomes Consul
Napoleon used his success as a general and leader to deal his way into power in the French Government. -
Napoleon ends the H.R.E
Napoleon ended the holy romanempire along with its electing of popes to solidify his absolute power. -
The Battle of Waterloo
Napoleons army was sot down by their own cannons in retreat from this battle. The Treaty of Paris was forced to be signed and Napoleon was eventually exiled (for a second time) to his death.
