    On October 5, 1789 the Women of Paris were rioting over the high prices and the scarcity of food and bread. It quickly became active to the revolutionaries. They then went to seek liberal political reforms and a constitution of France. This mob grew by the thousands when other started to notice the issue as well. They all marched to the Palace of Versailles, where they then pressed their demands on King Louis. The mob had then compelled the King and Queen to come to Paris to realize the issue.
