The British take Quebec (the capital of New France), which was considered the turning point of the war. Both leaders on each side died from the battle.

The British take Montreal and The French sign letters saying that they surrender Canada.

Treaty of Paris

Feb 10, 1763

The Treaty of Paris is signed and it states that the Spanish get everything west of the Mississippi plus New Orleans. It also states that the British get everything east of the Mississippi except New Orleans.
